Cancellation Policy
If unfortunately you want to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped.
No cancellation will be accepted after the product is shipped.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as preferred by the customer and subject to payment gateway timelines.
Gratia by Jazz reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, incomplete details, suspected fraud, or any other unavoidable reason. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the eligible amount will be refunded.
Return, Exchange and Credit Note Policy
All eligible products will be accepted for return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery, subject to approval by our team.
For eligible returns, the customer may be offered:
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Credit note
- Refund to original payment method, wherever approved by Gratia by Jazz
As a new and growing brand, we encourage customers to choose exchange or store credit so they can shop again from our upcoming collections.
Clearance sale, huge discount sale, final sale, customised, or altered products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
Products will be eligible for return or exchange only if:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- The product has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- The product is returned with the original invoice or order proof
- The return or exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is not altered, customised, stained, or damaged after delivery
Products that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted for return, exchange, refund, store credit, or credit note.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of packaging, tags, and invoice, wherever applicable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you with the next steps.
Return Shipping
Once your return or exchange request is approved, the product must be sent back to us in its original condition.
If reverse pickup is available at your pin code, we may help arrange it.
If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be requested to ship the product back to us through a reliable courier partner.
For normal returns due to size, preference, or change of mind, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
For damaged, defective, or wrong products received, Gratia by Jazz will assist with a suitable resolution after verification.
Refund Policy
For eligible returns, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit, credit note, exchange, or original payment method, wherever approved by Gratia by Jazz.
Store credit or credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise mentioned.
Refunds to the original payment method, if approved, may take 5–10 working days to reflect, depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method used.
Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and cash-handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Received
Every product is checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear photos or videos of the issue along with product image, packaging image, invoice/order details, and an unboxing video, if available.
After verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the same product
- Exchange with another product
- Store credit
- Refund, where applicable
Damage complaints received after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products may not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, credit note, or store credit:
- Products bought during clearance sale
- Products bought during huge discount sale
- Final sale products
- Customised or altered products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Used, washed, worn, damaged, stained, or perfumed products
- Products damaged due to customer handling, washing, ironing, or storage
- Products for which the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
Sale or discounted products may be eligible for exchange only if specifically mentioned at the time of purchase.
Quality Check
All returned products will go through a quality check once received by us.
If the product passes the quality check, we will process the approved exchange, store credit, credit note, or refund.
If the product fails the quality check due to use, damage, stain, missing tags, missing packaging, or any other issue, the return may be rejected. In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Missed Delivery / Refused Order
If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to provide OTP, or failure to respond to the courier partner, re-shipping charges may be applicable.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders returned to us, we may re-ship the order only after the full payment is made online along with applicable shipping charges.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD facility for future orders.
