Shipping and Delivery – India
Gratia by Jazz currently ships to serviceable pin codes within India only. We have partnered with reliable logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
At present, Gratia by Jazz does not offer international shipping.
Order Dispatch
Gratia by Jazz orders is usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
In case of any delay in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available communication channel.
Order Delivery
For India
Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment within:
2–3 working days for metro cities, and
5–7 working days for non-metro cities,
from the time we dispatch your order.
However, in case of unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive package delivery within India, as some logistics partners may follow OTP-based delivery. Failure to receive or provide the OTP may lead to non-delivery of the package, which is beyond our control.
If the package returns to us due to failed delivery, incorrect contact details, customer unavailability, or failure to complete OTP-based delivery, additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-shipping the package. Such charges will be borne by the customer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping within India
Gratia by Jazz offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
Shipping charges / cash-handling charges of ₹150 are applicable for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India.
Shipping charges, COD charges, cash-handling charges, convenience fees, or any other service charges are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners may attempt delivery as per their standard delivery process.
However, orders that are not accepted, collected, or successfully delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to provide OTP, or failure to respond to the courier partner may be returned to us.
We may re-ship the order at your request for additional shipping charges, as applicable.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us, the order may be re-shipped only after the full payment for the order is made online along with applicable additional shipping charges.
