Online Account

You will be solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and safe. Any order placed through your login ID or account will be considered as an order placed by you and will be fulfilled accordingly.
Gratia by Jazz will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

Gratia by Jazz, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any of its services, products, offers, or website operations at any time without any prior notice.
All confirmed and outstanding orders will, however, be fulfilled or fully refunded, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
Gratia by Jazz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without assigning any reason for the decision.
Gratia by Jazz will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or inconvenience caused to anyone by the use of its website or services.
Product Information
Gratia by Jazz makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, images, colours, sizes, fabric details, and availability displayed on the website are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, styling, fabric texture, or production differences. Such minor variations shall not be treated as defects.
We reserve the right to update, change, or remove any product information at any time without prior notice.
Orders and Payments
Orders placed on the Gratia by Jazz website will be processed only after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation, as applicable.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer details, suspected fraud, or any other reason beyond our control.
In such cases, if payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded as per our refund process.
Shipping and Delivery
Gratia by Jazz will make reasonable efforts to ship and deliver products within the estimated timelines mentioned on the website or communicated to the customer.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier partner operations, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.
Gratia by Jazz will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control.
Damaged Products
Our team carries out quality checks before shipping the products to our customers. However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped may be beyond our control.
If you receive a damaged product in your order, please inform us within 48 hours from the time you receive your order.
You must email us or contact us with clear pictures and/or videos of the damaged product, packaging, invoice, and shipping label.

After verification, we may replace the damaged product with the same product or a similar product, depending on stock availability. If replacement is not possible, we may offer a suitable resolution as per our policy.
We will not entertain any information about damage received after 48 hours from the time you received your order.
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners may attempt to deliver your shipment as per their standard delivery process.
However, orders that are not accepted, collected, or successfully delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to the courier partner may be returned to us.
We may re-ship the order at your request for an additional shipping charge, as applicable.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us, the order may be re-shipped only after the full payment for the order is made online along with applicable additional shipping charges.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be handled as per the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy published on our website.
Customers are requested to read the policy carefully before placing an order.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice, wherever applicable.
Products purchased during sale, discount, clearance, promotional, or final-sale periods may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless specifically stated.
Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or other non-product charges may not be refundable unless specifically mentioned.
Warranty and Liability
Gratia by Jazz will not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury, allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, or inconvenience arising out of the use, misuse, washing, handling, alteration, or storage of the products purchased from Gratia by Jazz.
We accept no liability for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Gratia by Jazz does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
